Our experience with PPQ started with purchasing a new business vehicle from Zupps Browns Plains. As part of the purchase we wanted personalised plates to reflect our business; Zupps facilitated this through their initiating communication with PPQ. We made a number of requests to check available plates and changed our mind on a couple of occasions about the Alpha Numerical sequence. On each occasion PPQ were very accommodating in providing the information we needed through Zupps.

After we made the decision on the type of plate and the information we wanted on the plate we spoke directly with PPQ from that point on. Through every step of the transaction we found the PPQ team member not only to be extremely professional in the service provided but more importantly she made the transaction feel like a personal one, accommodating our personal and business needs. Sadly it is rare these days to come away from a business transaction, from the customer’s perspective, feeling totally satisfied. It is not about what may have gone wrong in the service provided but the way in which it is handled that always leaves us frustrated when dealing with a service provider.

We experienced difficulty in providing the format required for the logo (we will not developing a professional logo until we have finalised branding our range of services). We forwarded what we had and the PPQ team member provided a full explanation of the pro's and cons of the quality of the image we forwarded (honesty is another quality we appreciate).
